After two years of delay due to the pandemic, the traditional for Veliko Tarnovo “Trabant Fest” will take place. The date is March 19, and the event, which gathers dozens of friends of the social vehicle, is included in the events celebrating the holiday of Veliko Tarnovo. This will be its eleventh edition.
Usually the Trabant Festival in the old capital opens the calendar for the year of such events. The program is still being finalized, but three of the main points are clear.
The participants will be welcomed from 10 am at the main entrance of Marno Pole Park, in the parking lot behind the Military Club. Their registration will also take place there. The exhibition in front of the Municipality will start at 11 am, and an hour later, at 12 noon, the parade of participants on the streets of Veliko Tarnovo will begin.
In previous editions there was a demonstration of masterful driving in the area of the Military University, and with their gorge the Trabants reached Tsarevets. Whether all this will happen this year will be clear from the final program. However, the organizers are determined to hold the festival, especially since the number of COVID-19 cases in the country is decreasing.
