The Big Hammock Swinging – an interesting and unusual day for Veliko Tarnovo

Anti-Gravity Yoga

A Hammock Garden

Demonstration of archery techniques, book reading and an array of workshops to participate in are only part of the events which will take place this Saturday in Veliko Tarnovo. Boruna Park, near Asenevtsi Monument in Veliko Tarnovo, will host the Big Hammock Swinging Party on 30th May, from 10 o’clock. As you might have guessed a hammock garden will be set up where everyone can swing and relax for as long as they want. Many books will be available to read so you can combine your gentle swaying with an interesting read.

Everyone will be presented with the opportunity to try a variety of fun activities – stilt walking, poi swinging, martial arts practising and slacklining. The more flexible visitor can visit the Anti-Gravity Yoga zone. If you can play any instrument you are welcomed to bring it along and take part in the afternoon jam sessions in the park.

The evening will continue with a hammock cinema and late night party. The organizers of the event have pleaded with everyone intending to see the flick to bring their own picnic blankets or mats.

Entrance is completely free.
