The second of a series of concerts from the national tour of the State Folklore Ensemble “Filip Kutev” will be held on April 8 in Veliko Tarnovo. The event has a starting time of 19.00 and will be held at the Palace of Culture and Sports “Vasil Levski”.
Founded in 1951, the ensemble revives, preserves, creatively interprets and promotes Bulgarian folk culture with concerts around the world. It continues its mission to create a glamorous, folklore furor that thousands of fans from the country and abroad have the opportunity to touch.
With over 80 dancers, singers and musicians, the ensemble will present two-hour anniversary concerts outside Sofia, which will have the opportunity to touch thousands of fans across the country.
After the unique three bright solemn events on the occasion of its 70th anniversary, which took place in the crowded Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture, the pillar of Bulgarian folklore SFE “Philip Kutev” will continue its mission to create a glamorous folklore furor.
The national ensemble has not met with its audience in some of the cities included in the tour for years, so the meeting with the fans will be even more exciting.
Tickets for the event are already on sale and can be purchased from the box office of Palace of Culture and Sports “Vasil Levski”, as well as online from the network of Eventim BG.
On April 9, SFE “Philip Kutev” will visit Ruse. And in June and September the tour of the national ensemble will pass through the cities of Dobrich, Varna, Burgas, Haskovo, Sandanski and Plovdiv.
The spectacular performances will take place thanks to the general sponsor of the tour Kozloduy NPP and with the exceptional support and assistance of the Ministry of Culture.
