The annual Christmas Bazaar in Veliko Tarnovo opens on November 26

The beloved by young and old Christmas Bazaar in Veliko Tarnovo opens at the end of the week. From November 26 to December 31, for the residents and guests of the Old Capital, Marno Pole Park will be turned into a fabulous Christmas town. As every year, the houses will offer various souvenirs, handmade products, a variety of meat delicacies, sweet treats, traditional mulled wine and more.

For the first time, new wooden pavilions will be located at the bazaar to present an even greater variety of Christmas decorations, toys, souvenirs, seasonal goods and many more festive sugar and culinary temptations. Children will be able to send their letters to Santa in the special Christmas mail, which will be open until December 21. To get an answer, the assistants of the white-bearded old man advise all the kids not to forget to write a return address in their wishes.

In the spirit of Christmas, the bazaar will traditionally hold several charity campaigns. One of the cottages will be presented by talented amateurs from social services in the municipality, and it will house the charity exhibition “We can”, which is organized for the 15th consecutive year.

The Christmas bazaar in the old capital is a very special and long-awaited event, which every year at this time brings joy and inspiration and gathers people, regardless of the cold weather outside. Traditionally, there is a special program to entertain the visitors of this Christmas town, which includes different concerts and performances.

The event is organized by the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo and the municipal travel agency “Tsarevgrad Tarnov”. The Christmas decoration in the city is in the process as well.

The Christmas bazaar in Gorna Oryahovitsa opens soon as well

On December 6 – St. Nicholas Day, in G. Oryahovitsa opens the traditional Christmas bazaar, organized by the Municipality. The houses will be located on G. Izmirliev squаrе. The bazaar, which will remain open until December 31, will offer confectionery, delicious appetizers, wine, toys and Christmas souvenirs. The big Christmas tree has already been placed in front of the Municipality of Gorna Oryahovitsa and all the Christmas decoration is being installed in the city.
