From October 29th, for 14 days (i.e. until November 12th), with an order issued yesterday, the Minister of Health introduces the following anti-epidemic measures on the territory of Bulgaria:

The Ministry of Health announced that the Minister of Health of Bulgaria issued an order cancelling some of the measures introduced because of COVID-19. According to the order, as of May 26th, cultural and entertainment events are allowed (such as theatres, concerts, stage events, classes in dance, creative and musical arts, etc.).
A new series of loosened measures from today in Bulgaria. Driving courses are renewed, subject to strict rules against the epidemic. Individual workouts are permitted for a number of outdoor sports. Swimming pools will also be able to work, but if they abide by all the sanitary requirements set by the Minister of Health.
