The emergency epidemic situation in Bulgaria will remain until July 15. The decision was adopted by the Council of Ministers. The Minister of Health Kiril Ananiev announced that new severe measures will not be imposed, but the control over the observance of the ones imposed so far will be strengthened.
From June 1, 2020, Bulgaria will accept tourists from 29 countries, according to a statement of the Ministry of Tourism in connection with the start of the summer tourist season 2020.
The Ministry of Health announced that the Minister of Health of Bulgaria issued an order cancelling some of the measures introduced because of COVID-19. According to the order, as of May 26th, cultural and entertainment events are allowed (such as theatres, concerts, stage events, classes in dance, creative and musical arts, etc.).
