Тhe Assumption of Mary Church in Kilifarevo
Тhe celebrations dedicated to the official holiday of Kilifarevo have started with the opening of the Children’s Academy of Arts. The fest is traditionally marked in the last week of August. On Wednesday, August 26th, from 10 am at the Municipal Water Day will be held at the swimming complex. The Bicycle Vacation Race will be on Thursday; it will take place at the new bicycle lane near the stadium.
The Night of the Museums will happen on Friday from 6 pm – admission to the Historical Museum and the Technology Museum will be free for all the citizens and guests of Kilifarevo. The renovated square in front of the Assumption of Mary Church will be open with a official ceremony and a festive program on Saturday from 7.30 pm
The singers Vladislava and Yanica will entertain residents and visitors in the square in front of the Town Hall. Children’s attractions and entertainment facilities are have been set up close to the community centre in the centre of the town; they will stay there the whole week.
