Nightclubs, gambling halls, casinos, restaurants and gyms in Bulgaria will remain closed until January 31st, 2021. Kindergartens and nurseries will open on January 4th, 2021. Tsarevets and Trapezitsa amongst the nominated for the “Wonders of the Decade”
Tsarevets and Trapezitsa are included in the competition for favourite cultural and historical destinations “Wonders of the Decade”. The ranking started on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the largest national campaign for the preservation of cultural heritage and the promotion of historical tourism – Wonders of Bulgaria. It presents 20 sites that have become favourite destinations of tourists. After the vote, the winners in the Top 10 will be determined.
Health authorities in Bulgaria now have the option to notify people that they have been put in quarantine via SMS. Citizens will be orally notified of the issued order for isolation or quarantine on a mobile or landline telephone number indicated by the person. The notification can also be made by an electronic or short text message to an e-mail address or mobile phone number specified by the person.
A temporary ban on entering the territory of Bulgaria will be introduced from tomorrow, December 1st, and will be valid until January 31st. This was issued by an order by the Minister of Health Prof. Kostadin Angelov.
