Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UK has implemented some restrictions when it comes to traveling outside of the country. People are allowed to leave the UK only if they have a reasonable excuse. Travel abroad for holidays is not permitted. Moreover, traveling abroad without a reasonable excuse is illegal and subject to a fine.
As of Monday, more serious measures are needed against the coronavirus epidemic in Bulgaria. This was announced at a briefing of the National Operational Headquarters by the Minister of Health Kostadin Angelov. The measures will remain in force for 10 days and will be implemented due to the increase in the number of newly infected and the record number of hospitalized across the country.
