The AstraZeneca vaccine will not be used for women under 60 years of age with an increased risk of thrombosis. This was announced at a briefing by the Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Kostadin Angelov. The decisions announced by the Headquarters are as follows:

Property prices in Veliko Tarnovo and the region are rising despite the pandemic
Despite the pandemic, property prices in the Veliko Tarnovo area are rising. Contrary to initial expectations, the real estate market was not severely affected during the pandemic year.
According to the Minister of Health Prof. Kostadin Angelov, there is a fragile tendency of reduction of the number of coronavirus cases in Bulgaria, but the number of hospitalized remains high. 74% of the beds for uncomplicated patients on a national basis are occupied, and 65% is the share of patients in intensive care. The average age of those hospitalized is 53 years.
14 villages will be left without water from April 8th to 18th. This is necessary because of the construction and installation works related to the reconstruction of the water supply pipeline to the DWTP “Stokite” and the eastern water supply branch for drinking water.
This requires stopping the water supply from April 8th (Thursday) to April 18th (Sunday), of the villages supplied by this aqueduct. These are the Sevlievo villages – Popska Mahala, Karamichevtsi, Kastel, Bogatovo, Tarhovo, Lovnidol, Krushevo, Idilevo, Dobromirka, Burya and the Sevlievski Lozya locality, the Dryanovo village – Yantra and the Gabrovo villages – Yavorets and Muzga. Water carriers will be provided in these villages.
The contractor of the construction and installation works is the association “Hydro project Sevlievo 2018”.
