Malls, gyms and dance and sports centres will open in February in Bulgaria

Gyms, dance and sports centres in Bulgaria will resume their activities from the beginning of February. A green light is also given for the operation of stores in large shopping centres and malls. This became clear on Monday morning, during a meeting at the Council of Ministers. At the meeting, the representatives of the National Operational Headquarters recommended an easing of the anti-epidemic measures.

Options will be sought to reach a consensus with restaurateurs and hoteliers, who in turn insist on working again from February and even threatened with mass disobedience. There will be a meeting with representatives of the two sectors to discuss possible options and conditions for reopening. The Prime Minister pointed out the possibility to once again close all establishments in the event of an increase in morbidity.
