The planned reconstruction of the Veliko Tarnovo – Arbanasi road starts today (12.07.2016). Recently heavy boulders and mud from the slopes along the road collapsed onto 2 cars prompting authorities to take actions to secure the lot. Road signs will indicate the detour route.
People travelling from VT through Arbanasi to Gorna Oryahovitsa and vice versa should take the road passing through Sheremetya. Closed for the entire time will be the lot from the water tap at the chine all the way to the fork at Mavrikov Factory. The road is said to be open on the way to the fork at Mavrikov Factory.
